Okay so there is this little jewelry shop down the block from my house on Montana called, Moondance Jewelry.It appears to be this cute shop out of the hustle and bustle of our busy world.Austin had bought me a few things from there and I loved them.However when I atempt to purchase a gift for Austin the whole abeyance is different.The women working pay no attention to me the whole 30 minutes I am walking through the store shopping.I had half the mind not to buy anything from them, until I found the perfect gift.So I buy it, keep in mind this place isnt really cheap.I take it home and give it to Austin about a week later.It turns out the chain for the necklace is too short, but he loves the pendent.I have an older gold chain that I never wear because I dont like gold.At any rate I atempt to take the pendent off the chain and the chain breaks, with part of the chain caught in the pendent.I was like oh great but whatever I will take it back and see if they can help me.So this moring Austin and I walk over there.I say, “I bought this a week ago and it hasnt been worn. I atempted to take it off the chain and it broke.”They lady has the nerve to say, “Well this isnt our fault YOU broke it.”I said, “Well I know, but do you have a tool to get the broken piece out of the pendent so I can put it on another chain.”She says, “NO, but the jewelry store 2 doors down can help you.”WTF!Its not like I was asking for a new chain. I told the dumb bitch I broke it. I just didnt want to play jewelry repair lady and fix it myself.Long story short I come home and dig out the hand tools my dad gave me when I moved out and got the broken piece out of the pendent.Ausitn loves his gift.However I NEVER plan on shopping at Moondace Jewelry again.I felt they were rude and completely unhelpful for the second time in a row.If I am paying you money you need to kiss my ass.Its all about costumer service, unless I am an asshole to you.
