Most American’s dont believe tattoos are a symbol of art.
There is such a negative connotation about tattoos that has been passed down from our parents to us.
However, tattoos and piercing are the only things that truly separate each of us.
I believe some of our generation is taking tattoos as they were suppose to be taken, as art.
One museum in Oceanside is featuring tattoos and piercing as they are, works of art.
