Okay to start things off China Glaze nail polish just came out with an entire line called Inked. Its all super neon and bright colors. Among them is this absolutely amazing pink polish.
If you know me then you know I LOVE pink. I tried it out on a mani & pedi a few weeks ago and feel in love. I though it would be a great color to take on my vacation to Cabo, you know incase I chip a nail or something.
SO while looking for this color I find out that China Glaze is pretty elusive to find in regular beauty stores. So I took to the internet. I found sites where I could buy the polish for about $10 plus shipping, not too bad but I wondered if I could do better on ebay.
In fact I did!
I found it for $3.95 plus $3 for shipping at a “buy it now” offer.
Perfect.
So I have my bf purchase the polish (me being to lazy to log onto my own ebay account) and pay immediately because I want it to get here before my vacation.
Keep in mind we purchased and paid for this amazing polish on the 28th of Aug, 2 weeks before we leave on vacation.
The company svbeautysupply said they had 25 in stock when I had my bf purchased it.
On the 30th I see they took my money and had yet to ship the product so I have my bf email them, asking where my item was.
NOTHING for an entire week.
Finally Monday, the 4th. svbeautysupply sent my bf an email stating,
We are sorry to inform you, that your order of the “China Glaze Nail Polish Shocking Pink Color Lacquer 293†is currently a back order. In other terms, this product is currently out of stock. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have more of this product available. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
WTF! Am I on fucking glue or did the whole world of ebay change?!
You dont sell an item, take the persons money, ignore emails for over a week and then inform them that the item is “back ordered”.
So I sent an email from my ebay account (JeanaJuice).
I was not happy at all. I asked svbeautysupply why they advertised 25 available when in fact they had none. I also stated I believed ebay would frown upon their abuse of such an awesome system.
Of course the angry message got a rapid turn around time of less than 24 hours.
This was their response to me;
Dear jeanajuice,
We have no record of your purchase ebay id name under jeanajuice? and also please take mind that we ship out everyday and run out of stock everyday but we promise when someones order is on back order we send it out and we keep record of it. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
You ship out orders everyday and thats why you ran out of a product?
You know the old saying if it looks like a rat and smells like a rat it must be a ….RAT.
An I smell a dirty lying rat!
Furthermore I am insulted by the amount of excuses this so called “company” uses in order to cover up what really happened.
I am a college educated woman who can easily see through their lack of professionalism.
The truth is; svbeautysupply over sold an item and then tried to blame their mistake on my lack of patience.
I think not!
If you take my money you better be shipping the item that day.
To top off the situation my bf received an email last night stating the item was shipped.
However when we log on to track the item it says “no information available.”
Which means once again this so called “company” has lied to us.
What they have done was printed a shipping label but not actually dropped it off at the post office.
It still 24 hours later says, “no information available”.
Therefore the item is not actually mailed.
BUYER BE WARE of svbeautysupply
This is a fraudulent “company” only operating via ebay to save on operating an actual website.
I will keep you updated on weather or not I actually ever receive the polish.

they do have a website. it’s svbeautysupplies.com. they have opi at $4.25 and other salon brands but i decided to do a search before i bought from them, i guess i won’t be though. although they have great ebay positives… not taking a risk!
I was drawn to the low prices too, however the horrible customer service and slow shipping is not worth the discount.
I learned to pay the extra dollar and buy from a more reliable source.

have made business with this company for only 3 times. and everytime i have to call to make sure they have my order and if they’re working on it.
i agree with Jeanna, their customer service is horrible!!! everytime i call, there’s this testy woman picks up the phone , and they will get really rude and highhanded. that is last thing i call customer service.
add to that they will not see the whole order. and when you confront them, they’ll bring all these woes of how many thousands of orders they get per day, and how busy they are…. blah blah blah.
i mean come on! don’t they get paid to do their job? add to that they insult their customers. horrible horrible place and people.
well is sad to hear this and im sorry this happened to you but i just want to give some advice you can buy china glaze on every sally’s for about 3.25 dollars with your member card which only cost 5 dollars or in any nail supply store. i get mine for about 2.25 each at my local nail supply store they have orly for only 3 dollars and opi for about $5 so my suggestion is to go check your local nail supply stores i think you can get really good deals better than online and best of all you dont have to go through all of the slow shipping problems.
