One would think it is possible to learn from mistakes and move forward with life.
However, this seems to be impossible for Uriel Oliva.
The 18 year old had an injunction not to associate with gang members. But the dumb ass just had to throw up some gang signs while posing with Santa.
Now the 18 year old faces 18 months in jail.
He is currently being held on $15,000 bail.
You might be wondering just how this guy got caught….
oh he had the picture on a key chain when he went to visit his probation officer.
