Taxpayers May Cover Octuplet Cost

A big share of the financial burden of raising Nadya Suleman’s 14 children could fall on the shoulders of California’s taxpayers, compounding the public furor in a state already billions of dollars in the red. Even before the 33-year-old single, unemployed mother gave birth to octuplets last month, she had been caring for her six other children with the help of $490 a month in food stamps, plus Social Security disability payments for three of the youngsters. The public aid will almost certainly be increased with the new additions to her family.

Why doesnt her doctor hand over some of his/her savings to care for all these babies brought into the world with no money to support them? I honestly hope some legal action is taken against the doctor who performed her invetro. It is not ethical to bring eight more children into a house who cannot support the six already living there.
Furthermore how does a lady living off food stamps afford invtro in the first place?

This whole situation makes me so angry and it should anger all Californians as well.
This woman purposefully and selfishly planed another pregnancy when she could not even afford to care for the children she already had!
How does a woman who no regard for others get to take advantage of more taxpayer money?

As a full time student I can barely get financial aid. I have to take out student loans in order to pay my tuition ever semester. Maybe my mom should have popped out thirteen other babies so that I could be attending school on someone else’s dollar.

I am so outraged I am going to everything in my power so this does not happen and I encourage other Californians to do the same.
There are streets in LA flooding when it rains and pot hole that take up entire lanes. Our tax dollars should go to ensure the safety of all tax payers not feed the mouths of one woman’s selfish choice.
We could easily be using tax dollars to build shelters for the millions of animals put to sleep every year because they have no food, but we dont.

I do not feel bad for this woman or her family.
For one she did this to herself and for two she is living in one of the most expensive regions in country.
Why doesn’t she try moving to the mid west, buy a larger house and get off her fat ass and get a job.
